ACTIONS & OUTCOMES

Response playbooks: from business change to reviewed action

Build response playbooks for customer and supplier changes. Prepare a brief, separate approval from execution, and record the outcome your team observes.

Prepare something concrete

Choose the output your team needs: an account brief, a supplier negotiation brief, a retention review, or replenishment options. Include the baseline, current observation, supporting context, possible causes, and the question a person should answer next. A playbook provides repeatable instructions, while the diagnosis adds the business interpretation.

Keep approval separate from execution

A prepared action is not an executed action. In this preview, approval records your decision and nothing is sent outside the workspace. A prepare-only policy prevents approval until the policy is changed. Connected agents will need their own execution status and source-system evidence; a successful approval alone does not prove the work happened.

Close the loop with an outcome

After your team acts, record what happened and what it learned. An account owner might confirm a new branch opening, or procurement might discover that a price increase was temporary. Keep outcome notes separate from predictions. Detection lead time and recommendation quality require measured observations and verified results; they should not be inferred from the number of alerts.

Put the idea into practice in the sample workspace. The sources and changes are fictional, so you can explore the review flow at your own pace.
